https://bitcoin-mainnet.nodit.io/Computes the fee and size statistics for the block with the given block hash or height.
Pass an array of value names in stats to return only the requested values.
It contains following parameters in order:
hash_or_height: The block hash or height of the target block. (required)stats: The names of the values to return, as an array of strings. (optional, all values are returned when omitted)

The truncated median fee in the block, in satoshis.
The median time past of the block, expressed in UNIX epoch time.

The minimum transaction size in the block, in bytes.
The number of outputs in the block.
