gRPCExecuteTransaction
sui-mainnet.nodit.io:443 sui.rpc.v2.TransactionExecutionService/ExecuteTransactionunarySubmits and executes a signed transaction on the network.
Request and response messages are identical for both transports. Only the wire protocol, headers, and client library differ.
