How can I pay Outstanding Charges?

📘 Paying outstanding charges through the Console

If outstanding charges are not resolved within 4 days from the payment date, service usage will be restricted. In this case, you can pay the outstanding charges through the Console. Additionally, if they are not resolved by the end of the month from the payment date, the subscription will be canceled and service usage will become unavailable.

  1. Click the [Make Payment] button on the banner at the top to navigate to the Pricing page.

  1. Check your Current Plan and click the [Confirm Payment] button in the Payment Details Overview.
  2. Once payment is successful, you can check the Receipt via email and service restrictions will be lifted.

Q: I can't see the outstanding amount in the console. What should I do?

A: If the outstanding payment is not resolved by the end of the month from the payment date, the subscription will be canceled and service usage will become unavailable. In this case, payment cannot be made through the console, so please contact [email protected].

A: If outstanding charges are not resolved within 4 days from the payment date, service usage will be restricted. Service will remain restricted until the outstanding charges are resolved. After paying the outstanding charges, service restrictions will be lifted and you can use the service normally.

A: If payment fails, please check for expired card validity or insufficient bank account balance. If these are not the cause, please contact [email protected].
