Q: What is the difference between Dedicated Node and Elastic Node?
A: Dedicated Node is a node infrastructure with fixed resources allocated exclusively for your use, providing more customized and consistent performance for your project. Unlike Elastic Node, resources are not shared with other clients, giving you full control over node capacity and performance. It is best suited for projects with high-traffic services that require reliable performance, enterprises that need control over their node infrastructure, or projects that require strict security and compliance.

Q: I'm frequently getting 429 errors when calling the Nodit API.
A: A 429 error indicates that the request limit has been exceeded. This typically occurs when traffic limits or per-second/per-minute request limits are surpassed. In this case, we recommend waiting a moment before retrying, or upgrading to a higher plan to increase your request limits. For information on request limits and pricing by plan, please check the Pricing Plans page.
Q: I want to restrict access to specific sources for security purposes.
A: Nodit provides the ability to restrict access by Domain and Source IP for security. Please refer to the Security page for instructions on how to apply these settings.
