1. Polygon Amoy Testnet Data Integrity Degradation
On November 5, 2025 at 05:35 KST (20:35 UTC), a client update introduced a validity check issue in the archive node for Polygon Amoy. This impacts the Web3 Data API service for the Amoy testnet, causing degraded/partial availability, and some recent data may be unavailable or incomplete.
This incident affects Polygon Amoy only. Other networks and services are not impacted.
We are investigating and implementing fixes; further updates will be provided as progress is made.
2. Polygon Mainnet Latest Data Sync Delay
This Polygon Mainnet data synchronization issue was identified as stemming from an archive node client issue following a Polygon Mainnet reorg. Nodit applied corrective actions at 07:10 UTC (16:10 KST) on November 8, and the service has since been fully restored.
We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this incident.
Since November 8, 2025, at 03:45 UTC (12:45 KST), Polygon Mainnet archive nodes have not been synchronizing properly.
As a result, Web3 Data API updates for Polygon Mainnet are currently delayed, and the latest on-chain data may not be reflected in responses.
Other chains are unaffected, and Node API services continue to operate normally.
We are investigating the root cause and will provide an additional notice once the issue is resolved.
