All impacted services (Node API, Web3 Data API, Webhook, and Stream) are now fully operational.

As of the morning of September 10, 2025 (UTC) / the afternoon of September 10, 2025 (KST), synchronization for Polygon mainnet nodes has temporarily stalled due to an ongoing issue at the client level.
This incident affects archive-level data processing and has impacted the following Nodit services:
- Node API
- Web3 Data API
- Webhook
- Stream
We are actively monitoring the situation, working with stable node clients, and will carry out backfill once synchronization resumes. Service updates will be provided as progress is made.
