Starting September 8, 2026, the Free Trial plan applies to all existing Starter plan users.
Nodit introduces the Free Trial plan.
Plan names are changing. The Starter plan becomes the Free Trial plan, and the Starter Plus plan becomes the Basic plan.
The API Key limit is now counted per plan instead of per project, and the Webhook limit item is renamed to Active Webhooks.
1. Free Trial Plan Introduced
Free Trial is a plan that lets users who sign up for Nodit for the first time try the Node API and Web3 Data API free of charge for 30 days. It is suited for API exploration, side projects, and PoC development, and provides 1,000,000 CUs reset daily along with a throughput of 300 CU/s.
Previously, the Starter plan was a free plan with no usage period limit. With the introduction of Free Trial, the free plan is limited to the first 30 days. After 30 days, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Nodit. Resources created during the Free Trial, such as projects, API Keys, and Webhooks, are retained for up to 90 days and are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Access to some chains' Node API endpoints and Data APIs is limited on the Free Trial plan. Paid plans from Basic and above can access all supported chains and APIs.
Trial Period and Paid Plan Transition Rules
- The Free Trial end date is calculated as 00:00 UTC, 30 days after the UTC date on which the trial started. The hour, minute, and second of sign-up are not taken into account.
- If you subscribe to a paid plan during the Free Trial, your Free Trial eligibility ends as soon as the paid plan takes effect. The remaining period is not carried over, and you cannot use the Free Trial again even if you later cancel the paid plan.
- You cannot switch back or downgrade from a paid plan to the Free Trial.
- If you cancel a paid subscription, the service stops immediately and your resources are retained for 90 days from the cancellation date. To restore your resources within the retention period, you must resubscribe to the plan you were on right before cancellation or a higher plan.
For example, if you start the Free Trial on August 1, 2026 (UTC), the end date is August 31, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. If you subscribe to a paid plan on August 10, the Free Trial ends on August 10, and the remaining period cannot be reused.

2. Plan Name Changes
Along with the introduction of Free Trial, the names of the free plan and the entry-level paid plan are changing. There are no changes to plan specifications such as CU allocation, throughput, or pricing as a result of the renaming.

The plan names are updated on both the Nodit Console Pricing page and the developer documentation. The Developer, Business, and Enterprise plan names remain unchanged.

3. API Key Limit Now Counted per Plan
The API Key limit is now counted per plan instead of per project. Previously, the number of API Keys you could create was defined for each project. From now on, it is managed as the maximum number of keys that can be created across the entire plan.

4. Webhook Item Renamed to Active Webhooks
The item that shows the per-plan Webhook limit is renamed from Webhook to Active Webhooks. This clarifies that the limit applies to the number of webhooks in an active state. The limit values themselves remain unchanged.
